Code – establish code fields for the System Management as well as establishing the codes for a number of different areas.

Security – establishes security for your Property. Allows you to control who has access to any specified area.

Site – sets parameters for a range of property related functions. Address, Bank Details, Contacts etc.

Debtor – Manages the Debtor and Creditor Accounts. Keeps track on what you are owed as well as what you owe. Continual automatic updating gives you the most up-to-date information.

Rate Charge – Allows for an unlimited number of Room Types that can then be further broken down into  an unlimited number of rooms for each Room Type. A Room Type is a classification for differing types of accommodation you have on offer.  These classifications could be Single Room; Double Room with two Single Beds; Standard Rooms; Permanent Caravan Sites; Powered Sites – as you can see whatever combination you wish to establish Fully Booked allows you to do what you want easily and logically. Each one of these classifications could then have multiple rooms available.  For instance, you might have 25 single rooms, 30 double rooms with two single beds, 40 double rooms with queen beds. Miscellaneous items that are charged to your guests can also be set here.

Account Functions – What is the breakdown of monies paid into the Bank? Let Fully Booked show you quickly and accurately.

I need a summary of accounts for a specific period – easy! Set the date parameters and Fully Booked does the rest.

I know I have collected GST from my clients and have also paid GST on a number of services, but what do I owe the Taxman? Run the GST Report and have the Collected and Paid GST amounts calculated for a given period. The report will also show you how much you owe the Taxman.

Housekeeping - the information system that ensures Housekeeping Tasks are current and are completed on time.

Front Office – How is the property occupancy today? Go to Front Desk. Easily take bookings or reservations. Run Reports that will help you manage your Property, update vital information on your guests or go to those all important Scripts that allow you to give your guests important up-to-date information about the area.
